This Book is FOR YOU if…

You KNOW You’re Ready For a Change

AND You Want to Cut Through the Noise

BY creating lasting change that’s sustainable and gets to the root cause of feeling tired, stubborn body fat, stiff and achy joints, & low testosterone.

If you’ve tried other diet plans with little to nothing to show for it, it’s not your fault.

Likewise, if you’ve been working hard and are struggling to reach your goals, you’re not alone.

You may even find yourself hitting your goals, but for some reason it seems like they’re impossible to hold on to.

And what you really want is lasting change.

The problem is that our bodies can’t keep up with society’s demands.

So it’s easy to watch your weight, strength, and happiness go up and down like a yo-yo.

I’m going to share with you exactly why this may be happening to you.

There’s a little known concept that you won’t hear mainstream media talking about it.

And most major corporations that profit from the food & health sector would pay handsomely to keep you from knowing about it.

Here’s a quick summary in 60 seconds or less:

About 10,000 years ago we had an agricultural revolution. And the conditions of our environment began to change at a pace that was too fast for our bodies to adapt.

If that wasn’t bad enough, the boom of the industrial and technological age sped up the process of environmental changes at an even higher pace.

The Problem?

Our bodies and minds have been unable to adjust to these rapid changes.

The Outcome

Mismatch disease; which consists of diseases that are becoming more severe because our bodies haven’t adapted to our current lifestyle.

It’s like what happens when you never change the oil in your car.

Everything is fine for the first 5,000-10,000 miles.

Soon the oil becomes thicker and filled with contaminants.

It’s still lubricating your engine, but it’s not moving as freely.

Eventually you get some oil burn off and you’re a couple quarts short, so you’re starting to get pre-mature wear to the engine components.

You won’t be able to see the damage until it’s too late, but it’s there.

The oil gets dirtier, it’s ability to provide proper lubrication continues to worsen.

You’re starting to get metal on metal friction which causes engine failure.

Just how much damage is done is decided by pure luck at this point.

Until finally your engine seizes up.

Our bodies are the same way.

Except, instead of oil, we need food, water and nutrients along with proper exercise to stay healthy.

Otherwise the lubrication in our joints starts to wear and we get aches and pains.

Our arteries start to clog and blood flow may slow.

And eventually, we break down.

So what we put in our bodies is important.

But not all food is created equal.

The food industry has changed how we eat dramatically.

We’re now subject to processed foods with added sugar, synthetic chemicals, and other unhealthy ingredients to make food taste better.

Almost everything is loaded with sugar and every time we indulge, knowingly or not, we reinforce the neuropathways in our brain and re-wire them to crave sugar.

An example of this would be diabetes. Between 1990 and 2010 the number of people living with diabetes tripled. And the number of new cases annually had doubled.

And according to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey over 70% of the US population is considered overweight.

Because we live a much more sedentary lifestyle, with a much less nutritious diet our bodies are not operating optimally.

Resulting in

  • Depression
  • Disease
  • Frail Joints
  • Obesity
  • Stress

For convenience, we pay with our well-being. Both physically and mentally

A NOTE From the Author…

Chef and Certified Nutritionist Ariel Goldenberg

Thanks for checking out the Nutrient Dense Diet!

At 47, I’ve never been in better shape. I feel good, the wife says I look good, and most importantly I can keep up with my 4 year old daughter whom I love.

I get to enjoy physical activities like lifting weights, going on hikes, and playing sports without the fatigue and pain I used to experience.

This wasn’t always the case.

It’s not often you hear of people becoming more athletic, energetic and fit the older they get.

But I’m here to tell you that if the fountain of youth was real… The information contained in this book is about as close as you can get.

It started about 11 or 12 years ago…

I went from feeling young and vibrant to old and decrepit almost overnight.

It’s funny how you wake up one day and it just seems like you can’t keep the weight off. 8 hours of sleep isn’t anywhere near enough to wake up feeling refreshed. And something is always hurting.

When it happened to me… I was scared.

Because my father died when he was only 55.

Which is kind of crazy. As a teenager he was an athlete. When I was growing up I remember that he really valued and admired athleticism.

He pushed me and my brother to become competitive swimmers. Which was ironic, because he couldn’t swim himself.

I guess he was vicariously living through us.

And I appreciate that he pushed us to train and play physical sports throughout our childhood because it’s helped me stay disciplined and in shape most of my life.

I just couldn’t understand him, though.

He pushed us to be athletic. meanwhile I slowly watched his health deteriorate.

He smoked heavily. Drank every day. Didn’t exercise or take care of his nutrition.

His health slowly deteriorated throughout his 40s and 50s until at 55 he finally died of a stroke.

To this day, I don’t know why he didn’t take better care of himself.

It was painful to watch him become sick and weak.

And that’s something I never want my daughter to have to experience.

Was I destined to the same fate?

It’s something that no family should ever have to go through.

And that’s why when I saw the same thing start happening to me. I decided to walk the talk that my dad didn’t.

And that’s why I’m giving away this book for FREE.

It’s the information that transformed my life into what it is today.

It’s the knowledge that I’ve gained and implemented that has allowed me to feel more energetic and agile at almost 50 than I did in my 20s and 30s.

If you follow what I’ve outlined in this book, you too can see your life transform.

It is possible to undo years of poor eating and being sedentary.

It is possible to take it to the next level even if you’ve been exercising all your life.

When people ask me the #1 most important thing to staying healthy and in shape.

It’s always the same answer.

Diet.

When I changed my diet and start applying the principles of this book to my everyday life I saw a major shift.

The sharp pain from tendonitis that I felt every time I flexed my elbow. Gone.

The lower back pain that prevented me from picking anything up or lifting heavy weights, which I love. Gone.

Uncomfortable backs spasms keeping me up at night and making me uncomfortable at work… Gone!

As men we owe it to our kids to be in good health. To be there to encourage them. Play with them. And model what it’s like to live your best life.

We owe it to our spouse to show them that age doesn’t affect the boundaries of our love. That we’re still attracted to them through affection, love and laughter.

And we owe it to ourselves. No need to brag about our glory days in high school.

How fast we used to run the mile.

How far we could throw the football…

Or how much we could bench press.

Because we can continue to live that life now.

And we can talk about how we’re still crushing our goals and improving daily even as we get older.

Our focus may not be the same as it was 10, 20, or 30 years ago.

But we owe it to ourselves to continue living our best life, whatever that may be.

I hope you read this free book and implement what you learn. The information in it has changed my life.

And if my father was any indication of the path I was going down, it may have even saved it.

If you read it, and enjoy what you learn, feel free to post about it in our Facebook group.
